The registration fee includes:

• admission to all milongas,
• 5 hot meals (2 dinners, 1 lunch with dessert, 2 midnight soups),
• water, coffee, tea,
• fruit and snacks throughout the marathon.

In case of cancellation of registration by July 30, 2026, we will refund 50% of the fee paid.

After that date, only an agreement to exchange for another dance couple or dancer in the same role is possible. Upon agreement with the organizer, the registration can be transferred to another person.

If you pay in euros, the refund may be affected by exchange rate differences.

Please read our rules before completing and submitting the registration form.

• You can register either individually (single leader/single follower) or in pairs. If you register as a couple, please send us only one registration for both dancers.
• Because we want to guarantee the best possible dance experience for everyone, we will approach registrations in such a way as to achieve a balanced ratio of leaders and followers of 1:1.
• When registering a couple, we will send payment details for 2 people. After receiving your registration, we will send you a confirmation.
• The amount can be paid either in Czech korunas or euros. Transfer costs are paid by the registered participant. If the bank charges the organizer additional fees, these will be transferred to the participants for payment on site.
• Your participation will be confirmed by email from us only after payment has been made. Please do not book your accommodation or travel until you have received our confirmation. Accommodation and travel costs are not included in the price and will not be refunded.
• It is not possible to access and pay for individual milongas on your own.

• By participating in Tango Marathon Entre Arcos, I agree that photos and videos may be taken during the event in which I may appear. These materials may be used by the organizers for promotional and marketing purposes (e.g. website, social media, printed materials) to present current and future editions of the marathon.

  I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by sending a written request to the organizer's email address.
